{05} — FAQ
Got Questions?
Got Questions?
01/
What is your design process from discovery to delivery?
My design process starts with understanding business goals, user needs, and the problem context. I translate requirements into user flows, information architecture, and wireframes before moving into high-fidelity UI and interactive prototyping. I validate key decisions through feedback and usability testing where possible, then collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation. After launch, I look for opportunities to improve the experience based on user feedback and product performance.
02/
What types of products and industries have you worked on?
I have experience designing SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, dashboards, and responsive web and mobile experiences. My work includes complex, data-heavy workflows where clarity, efficiency, and usability are essential. I focus on understanding the unique needs of each product, simplifying complex information, and creating scalable experiences that support both user goals and business objectives.
03/
How do you solve complex UX problems in B2B SaaS and enterprise products?
I break complex problems into smaller, understandable workflows by identifying user roles, key tasks, dependencies, and pain points. I use information architecture, progressive disclosure, clear visual hierarchy, meaningful filtering, and reusable interaction patterns to reduce cognitive load. My goal is to make complex systems feel intuitive without removing the functionality users need.
04/
How do you make design decisions and validate your solutions?
I balance user needs, business requirements, technical feasibility, and usability principles. Depending on the project, I use competitor analysis, user feedback, usability testing, heuristic evaluation, and stakeholder discussions to evaluate possible solutions. I treat design decisions as hypotheses to validate rather than assumptions, and I refine the experience based on available evidence.
05/
How do you build and maintain scalable design systems?
I focus on creating consistent design foundations, including typography, color, spacing, grids, components, variants, and interaction states. In Figma, I organize reusable components and establish clear patterns that can scale across screens and product features. I also consider accessibility, responsive behavior, documentation, and developer handoff to help teams maintain consistency as products evolve.
06/
How do you collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders?
I collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize user problems, and align on product goals. I work with developers early to understand technical constraints, communicate interaction behavior, and clarify design specifications. Through regular reviews and feedback, I aim to keep the team aligned while protecting the quality and usability of the experience.
